Term and Policy
By downloading, accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Policy of use. J’donuts reserve the right to amend these terms and policy at any time. Continued of use application will constitute acceptance of these terms and policy of use. Term and policy set in under with the laws of Myanmar, J’donuts application doesn't provide to use outside of Myanmar.
Definitions
In these term and policy, the following capitalized terms shall have the following meaning, except where the context otherwise requires:
"User" means users of this application, J’donuts, including you and "User" means any one of them.
"Application" means J’donuts application.
"We" and "Us" means to J’donuts Co., Ltd.
"Account" means to Customer ID.
"Sender" means to the member who order to transfer his/her point to other member id.
"Receiver" means to the member who get or receive
point from sender member id.
Limitation and Intellectual Property
All editorial content, information, photographs, illustrations, artwork and other graphic materials, and names, logos and trade marks on the application are protected by copyright laws and/or other laws and/or international treaties, and belong to us, as the case may be. These works, logos, graphics, sounds or images may not be copied, reproduced, retransmitted, distributed, disseminated, sold, published, broadcasted or circulated whether in whole or in part, unless expressly permitted by us, as the case may be. User will be allow to connect member id with only 1 mobile device.
Privacy and Accountability
J’donuts application was created to support and service to J’donuts customer. Users must be at least 18 years old. Users between the ages of 13 and 18 must use the service with parental or guardian consent. User have to responsible to your account and OTP from other people to prevent any cause problem and user have to responsible to all transactions were made by this application during your member id was log in. If user lost your mobile phone, user have to contact to J’donuts Office immediately for inactive your account, then after you find or get new mobile phone, user can contact to us to make an active member id. Meanwhile, when do you call to us, we will verify your status by asking some information for checking that you are the real own of information. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove without notice any information or services on the application from time to time. Your access to the application and/or the services may also be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore such access as soon as we reasonably can. For the avoidance of doubt, we reserve the right to withdraw any information or services from application at any time.
Benefit for members
A platform where users can order donuts, earn points and discounts, claim the benefits, and top-up the digital wallet. user will get more benefit in this application than using physical member card such as e-coupon, wallet, gift card top up usage, point expire alert and so on. Benefit are based on individual preferences, so different things are available in each user.
Language Selection
User can choose English or Myanmar.
Notifications
Application will send notification when it has new promotion, event, Gift card, point nearly expire etc. So, we suggest to user to open notification.
Login/Register
1. Users are able to log in/ register via Phone Number or Users are able to log in/register using their social login Facebook, Google, Apple. (If the user uses a social login, the phone number verification process will still, be required due to the ordering process.)
2. Then application will send verify 6 digits of OTP code to user via your register phone number. Users will have to input 6 digits of OTP until expiry time (5 minutes).
3. Users need to input First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth to register J’donuts App.
4. After user log in success, user can enjoy to order donuts, earn points and discounts, claim the benefits, and top-up the digital wallet.
5. If your register phone number or email don't similar with actual or don't update, user can contact to J’donuts Office customer service at branch to update your phone number in your register profile.
User Profile
We suggest to user to update his/her profile to correct information to get the best offer benefit but some information with relate about privacy and account id, we don't allow user to change information in application such as birthday, email and phone number. So, if user would like to update or change information. User can contact to J’donuts Office and verify your identity for changing it.
Point Reward System
1. Member tier benefits and point rewards will vary on each customer type and purchase amount.

2. The earned reward points can be used for future orders either with the money in the E-wallet, with points, or by combining both Walletmoney and points.
3. The reward points earned must be used within three months from the date they are credited. After three months, the points will expire and cannot be used as well as point can't change or redeem to cash.
4. When user return the product to us with any reasons, point will be deduct from user account.
5. When users arrive birthday, they will also have a birthday present (J’Donuts commercial items) which will appear as a prompt on their home screen.
Point Transfer
User can’t transfer point to other J’donuts member.
Point Redemption
Points can be used in terms of cash/rewards to buy products in any J’Donuts Shops. Each point is equivalent to one kyat. Earned points can be used in terms of discount when creating the order
Wallet
"Wallet Top-up”
1. When the user completes the registration process, a personal Walletwill be automatically created for the user in the application. An initial deposit of 1,000 kyats will be added to this Walletby J'donut Company."
2. User can top up via the shop by giving the cash or, they can do so in advance using KBZ Pay, AYA Pay, or any Visa Card.
3. Users are able to top-up using J’donuts gift Card.
4. You can start purchasing in the J’donut Application by topping up a minimum amount of 5,000 kyats.
5. Users who top up their Walletwith 100,000 kyats or more must contact J’donut Company directly.
6. Users are not able to wallet-to-wallet transfer.
7. After top up process successfully, user can recheck with top up balance in walletaccount.
Gift Giving
1. Users can buy gift vouchers using their wallets. Voucher starting from 5,000 kyats, 10,000 kyats, 20,000 kyats, up to 50,000 kyats.
2. Users can send as a gift to other users of the J’donut Application. But user have to ensure that user know and write down the correct phone number of receiver point when user would like to transfer point.
3. The recipient of the gift can use the equivalent value of the gift to purchase any products at any J’donut branch within 30 days from the time the gift is received.
4. If the recipient does not use the gift within 30 days from the time it is received, the gift amount will expire and cannot be used.
Loyalty Dashboard
1. Users are able to see the progress of their member tier.
2. Users are able to see goals and targets to reach higher member tiers
3. Each will be displayed with progress.
4. Upon the completion of each challenge, points will be added automatically from the system.
5. Users are able to see their benefits on each tier. Users are able to use points for exchangeable items aka commercial items (Toys, etc.)

Users will have 3 member tiers (Silver, Gold, and Platinum).

1. Users will get points based on the amount of wallet money spent in any J’Donuts shop.
2. All customer types earned points on cash reward they received. Each point is equivalent to one kyat.
3. Depending on the member tier of each user type, tier reward points will vary.
4. Regular Customer (will earn additional tier reward points for the accumulated amount deposited per three months on wallet).
5. Reseller Customer (will earn additional tier reward points for the accumulated amount deposited per month on wallet).
6. Users are able to see how many points they left to reach the higher member tier.
Birthday
1. When users arrive birthday, they will also have a birthday present (J’Donuts commercial items) which will appear as a prompt on their home screen.
2. In order for users to claim a birthday reward, users have to click claim first and then will have to input Pick up Shop (Will suggest a nearby shop if the location is enabled) Pickup Time.
3. That reward will act as an order where they can claim that item within 3 days (Before, after, Birthday)
4. Anyone with the QR of that birthday order can pick it up at the shop.
Home (Onboarding)
1. Users can see the promotion prompt which will be dismissed after 3 seconds.
2. Users are able to see product details when they click on the promotion.
3. Users are able to see Best-selling products
4. Users are able to see Redemption items.
5. Users are able to see the previously ordered items.
6. Users are required to allow location access to see nearby shops.
Product Listing & Search
1. Users have to allow location in order to see near-by shops.
2. Users are able to see categories with images and title
3. Users are able to see products with highlighted flag (E.g. New, promotion)
4. Users are able to see details of the product that they clicked which include
Product Picture, Product Title, Product Code, Product Price.
Shopping Cart/ Payment
1. Users are able to add items to the cart and can increase or decrease the number of items (Qty).
2. Users are able to add notes on each item and see buy-together items suggestions on the shopping cart.
3. Users are able to create multiple orders. But, it needs to be from a different shop. (TBD) order waiting time for same items.
4. Users are able to specify the pickup time interval before they create an order. Default 1 hr, 2 hr or more.
5. Users can directly pay the order by deducting the money from wallet and the benefit of deducting the points when they create the order.
6. Once the user applies the order, it will show pending order confirmation from the shop.
7. Once the shop confirms the order, the user will receive a real-time update from the shop and show the order status with a timer to make a payment. There will be time interval defined for payment confirmation will vary depending on customer type. (Normal Customer - 15 minutes, reseller customer – 1 hr).
8. Once the payment has been done, the shop will start preparing the order and making it ready to pick up. Both user and shop can cancel the order. But, it needs to be done before the shop prepare the order or before the payment is done. For the order cancellation in detail, please refer to
Order Cancellation and Refund.
9. If the customer didn’t make the payment within the specified time, the order will be cancelled automatically.
10. Users can also use promo code to get discount or offer when they make the order.
11. Orders that applied like 2 hours before the shop close-time are not accepted.
My Order
Users are able to see the QR and order number of the order they created.
Users will be using QR to show the order number for the pickup. The shop will scan the QR and fulfill the order. Once the shop fulfilled the order, they will need to record their POS machine to set the order as completed. Orders are able to display 3 months of data only.
Users able to see the order history that they created by order state
Active - Users are able to see the list of orders that they’re able to pick up at the shop. On-going order has interval time. Once the interval is done, the order will be automatically dismissed from the application.
Completed- Users are able to see the list of orders that they’ve successfully collected at the shop.
Canceled- Users are able to see the list of orders that they didn’t pick up at the shop, canceled by customer and shop.
Order Cancellation & Refund
1. For orders placed within the same day, you must pick up your order from the designated store within one hour from the time the order is placed. Orders that exceed one hour will be automatically canceled.
2. Order cancelation is allowed up to 3 times in a day, else ordering function will not available.
3. For pre-ordered items, cancellations must be made one day in advance by 10:30 AM of the scheduled order date.
4. If an order is canceled, the amount of the canceled order will be refunded to your E-wallet. (Sale refund Process)
5. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
6. If you wish to transfer the money from your Wallet to your KBZ Pay or AYA Pay, you must contact J’donut Head Office.

5. Once the user logout, all user data, and cache-related data will be cleared.
System Hygiene
Urgent Message
System admin can trigger an urgent message banner in the app to update customers of any notice.
Emergency
System admin can trigger the app to show an emergency page (maintenance screen).
Privacy and protection
We will keep user data as a secure and utilize the data for support user to get more convenience and offer, we intend accordingly with the Data Protection Act of Myanmar.
